HR take employee from good company and after six months they fire by saying performance is not good. It's General practice to HR and directories. Receptionist is not good in that company , she is Informer to management so don't trust her. There is no system for work.HOD's and some people have created dominance to work as them only. HR team give commitment at the time of joining but they don't fulfill it after you joined the company, having written communication also. HR team signed bond at the time of joining but they never discuss about it before joining.
