Management, overall behaviour towards employees, salary/apprisal, politics and so on. Lack of employee welfare.

Basically the best part is the tasks are challenging. We need to stay alert and more focused towards the requirements and trending technologies to be implemented. But the sad part is you don't get satisfactory returns in terms of salary. Poor management.
