MSF conducted time to time training to enhance knowledge and skills of Security personal and staff too. About salary MSF provides better salary and appraisal as comperision of other security company .MSF is staff welfare oriented company.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
