The company is very good and it's technology base company. Maximum work should be followed as per company policy. I love this company. I really lucky because I am an employee of this company. It's a real PAN India company. Modern is a group. Modern have presence any where in India. I working with this company last seven years and still I enjoyed my work.

Dislikes

Company looking good but work load is so high. It's totally dependent on Management decisions. I have sitting in office minimum 10 to 11 hours in a day.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
