The branch level officers like area officer, operation manager etc. do very poor work, run their dictatorship and create obstacles for the guards to do their duty etc.

MSF guards' uniforms are not good , shoes, and 2 pairs of uniforms in 1 year didn't like fake uniforms that didn't last for 8 months.
