This school is terrible to work with as far as management is concerned, the kids are highly undisciplined but that comes with the job profile so can be ignored. Innovation isn't really accepted with open arms nor are suggestions. Things are regressive. 'Speaking', 'Listening','Reading' and 'Writing' are continuously stressed by the management but they hardly listen to the teacher about the need for a change. They want to train a herd of mediocre students so that their business keeps on the track. They are in the fantasy world that the children are above all; adults are the culprits of nuisance and children are all innocent untouched souls of the modern world. They preach love so much so that they forget the hard ways of life exist in the real world. Gender discrimination is on top-notch, reason is unknown though. From the stairs to the sitting arrangement doesn't seem like a coed school. In the beginning, everyone seems to be quite accepting and loving but later on, when they loath the web of their true colors, inside politics become intolerable. Salary is good if you are after money, this is the place for you. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone but if you want a short experience of the teaching world, can be considered. Just a suggestion, if you plan to join, make sure you have a strict upfront towards children and mum among colleagues may be then your experience be a better one than mine....Read More
