This place is hell. They will impose employment bond for 3 years wherein you are stuck for 3 years. If you break the bond then you have to pay some of Rs1,00,000.They will torture you in getting business. Roam out to get saving and current accounts in the hot sun. If no results come up then be ready to hear the firing from your boss. This bank is known as UCB bank but runs like a private bank. No promotion no hikes just get business .This bank is occupied with private bankers wherein they resign the private bank just to relax in this bank. Work Details

It's good for freshers but absolutely no ethics followed here. Unless new sales are done no work is recognised. People get promoted only if they follow the instructions of the management. No feedback is accepted.
