If you get a good team/team leader, which is very rare at Modak, you might just get along and do fine. And its a big "IF". So consider before joining.

Dislikes

The worst part of modak is its HR team and the hr head Sriram. HR makes you sign bond while joining the company or giving increment. Moreover, hr clearly threatens that they will ruin your career if you try to leave the organisation against HR team's will. HR asks you for your certificates, blank cheque and other things which are com pletely unprofessional and unethical. They threaten to sue you in court<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. If you try to leave the company against their will and you are ready to pay the fine/ bond break or payout, they won't agree</mark>. No hikes for people joined with bond People on bench and people working will be getting same salary HR team is not at all employee friendly, they are innovative in exploiting the employees
