Some of the seniors don't have manner to behave with juniors . They can make a fake alligation against any staff before investigating. Nor have proper facilities to the staff

In starting it's good enough .it has given me maximum opportunities or leading in different departments (cross departmental training) but they can improve some facilities for staff because they use to work for the company and also giving a good profit .
