Management is damn amazing. There's minimal interference in your work, so everyone at Mobiquity is free to be creative and do a good job on their own. The company has a flat organisational structure and flexible working hours. Furthermore, they hold an Ace award ceremony to honour their staff every month.

Dislikes

I can't think of anything negative to say about working here, other than maybe that if you're a mediocre performer who can't handle own responsibilities, you shouldn't be a liability to the firm.

My tenure at mobiquity was always rewarding; I received frequent praise from upper management and felt very valued in my role.
