* The skillset of the team is pretty bad. * Manager to intern ratio is 1:20 * You work late nights to deliver and then get started again in the morning. Not once a month/week but everyday. * Mid management is full of "yes boss, shall I make you a drink" people. * Every 2 years the entire employee set (mid & below) get replaced, resigned or fired. * The MD is all disrespectful and tainted personality. * The company has a few family members on salary who may not even know the office address. Lakhs go into family-salary scam. * Employees are asked to review highly on Google, their increments depend on it. Many fake review them....Read More

Good thing is that if you have a good senior, you'll learn everything from them.

No proper training is given to freshers.One has to learn everything on their own. Senior management do not want others to grow. Bad work culture. No work-life balance. Negative work environment. If you're a person who wants to learn and grow along with your team, it's not the place. Very few genuine and good people are holding the company together and making it work. No acknowledgement for customers/clients. Very high attrition rate. Hire and fire policy is followed. Trainees are not payed during the training and most of them are fired. Except freshers, senior employees won't get complete salary as the company will be always at a loss. Pay cycle is on 16th of every month and they do not give a complete break-up of your salary....Read More

HR is a mere puppet. You never know when you will be called and asked to leave immediately for no reason given at all. You will be in high spirits to meet a client but the HR will call you to leave the company immediately. They even don't give the client bonus to the developers.
