Good exposure. Won't be like MNCs here u will get to learn different things and grow faster good increments too if u are good in job..More responsibility also but if u want to fast growth.

Nothing so far. They're started with trainings and workshops now which wasnt there before but need to do more.

Great learning experience and exposure to technologies...very strong team...knowledgeable peers/seniors who take time out help..some get opportunity to become cross skilled and such people get huge growth in career and salary..

Dislikes

Work life balance could be better but considering the startup culture I understand..offered salary can be better..company soon to get acquired so hopefully that gets sorted..
