If you face any problem...no one listens to you all...even hr group is useless....i don't know why they hire people if they can't know how to treat people. Recommendation -Do not Join this company... nothing new is learning there.

Good place for getting telecom knowledge in industry. Good place for freshers to know basics of the application development/deployment/support using Linux

1. 12-14 hours of work straight for 3-4 months and still your manager will not be satisfied as if you're getting paid for such hours. Very POOR work life balance. 2. No overtime pay, even though there is policy 3. Very poor management. Politics and Regional racism is a confirm face off. 4. To some managers you have to beg for wfh/leave even though they are doing wfh FOR MONTHS. 5. In offer letter, you will see bonus pay and it is limited to that letter only.
