It's a worst place to work. No growth. No job security. Good man power, but management is unable to get output from it. Poor management. I definitely does not suggest. If anybody want to ruin their career, they can join.

Senior managers just want to hold their jobs by holding back compensations and benefits. One example is cutting company transport even though the work location is situated out of city inaccessible by public transport, ignoring the hardships faced by the employees of which 75% of the workforce is women.

Only good thing working with MModal was salary on time and PF/Mediclaim facilities for employees. Loads of work that you will never fall short of your target.

Dislikes

No employee growth. No new opportunities. Nothing you will have to enhance your skills here. No appraisals. Not a good, happy environment to work at.

In beginning Nice environment, nice salary,

Cuttings in the salary, no Indian holidays, no cab facility for night shifts, work from home permission is granted very late and after that stress you to do work even in week off days since staying at home.
