THE BETTER CONSULTANCY I have joined at BNY MELLON at chennai location on last february and payroll is from MITS. I got this opportunity through MITS, they were very responsive, understandable and very polite manner. PF, gratuity and mediclaim are been provided, even advance salary option is also there. Here the HR were transparent they cleared me all the doubts which I had, they are active and helpful too.MITS Consultancy is far better when compared with others because I have interacted with other consultancy, which was not as better as MITS. Plus point is here there is no contract or bond types of jobs are not been tied up with there client. Joining Process was smooth and easy where HR guided me what and how it needs to be done and Induction was also smooth and easy. In this review, I need to say a big thanks to Shwetha Mahadik (IT Recruitment Executive) where she did her major part for getting me into BNY MELLON. My last working was on Aug 2020 due to pandemic, I lost my job, I was searching for job, but at that time it was dry and opportunity was not available at that time. On November or October exactly I don't know which month it was, I saw a job opening in Naukri and I applied for it. I received a call and I thought it was customer care or something other, i attended and it was call from the job which I lastly applied on naukri and Shwetha Mahadik was the person who spoke with me on that time and interview was been processed and shwetha gave her full support during that time by updating me about the interview schedule. Without her support, I won't get this BNY MELLON opportunity, and I completed the interview and I was selected. During the documentation time, she helped me with those procedure even it was non working hours and in weekends too.
