Working in MITS is definitely a very good experience. Staff is supportive and friendly. company policies are good.

Dislikes

I think medical leave should be separate from annual leave. apart from that i didn’t observe any cons.

Good clients. Smooth hiring process. HR team is reachable and co-operative.

Dislikes

I’d hope they share HR team details with their employees or mention it in the login portal. Example, whom to connect for queries regarding leaves, or ITR, or increment, or client/project related discussions, etc. Less increment.

I am working with MITS since May 2021, Overall experience till now is good. MITS have good Clients and have employee friendly policies and benefits. Payroll is very good as compared to market standards.

Dislikes

MITS do not have any own product they are consultant and placed employees on client location, MITS can roadmap for some own projects or products so employees will not have to be dependent on Clients projects.
