In particular I learnt a lot from the organisation. But not same with my colleagues. You'll get good career growth, if you got good project and lead.

Dislikes

Poor management. Insecure management, who don't happy if employee gives any suggestions or opinions. Money minded and slavery. They won't recognise you for the efforts and profit you earned for the company. They'll update the policies frequently. Worst leave policy. Especially marriage leave policy. Worst work life balance. You should work 10:30 to 8:30 primarily. And extending from there is exception....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
