work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is not transparent enough. The branch offices has no facility and employees are left to do on their own. appraisals are fair even the compensation is below the standard and its hard for the employee to survive on this salary

☺️Below average appraisal. Need to improve and change the rules in Compensation & benefits, salary hike, career growth, skill development. Because of this primary reason, most of the good employees bound to leave the company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
