Laboratory Work environment is good. Teammates and current lab In-charge is supportive.

Dislikes

There is very much politics here in local (Gujarat) office administration only supporting their community people. Salary is not good and no annual increment and if do it is very less.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
