Sabam group is very good but it was in the name of Mita India, but the management has ruined a lot, complete dictatorship is going on.

I worked here for four years in a month or one day because of one mistake I made a mistake and this happened not only with me, this also happened with HR head, plant head and senior manager.

I can't do anything without permission and only non productive work given by management to staff. Our skill meaning is zero in this organization. Organization hiring employees only for formalities to show organization Structure for few month. There are no carrier in this organization. I suggest to everyone befor joining in this organization investigate in market about company.

I am working in this company almost 7 years. Management is very cooperative. Best thing is that they provide best facilities to their employees. good environment for working. The salary is good, company's salary payment time is good, the culture is good, the HR department is good, the production department good, quality is good, all the departments are good, all people are good, duty time is good, the working is good.

I don't like Mita but company is very good There is no value of knowledge. 2 years of hard work is wasted in 2 minutes. It is not good to decide right or wrong in this. I have got offer from Mita India pvt. Ltd., ghaziabad, they told me company will reimburse the travelling expenses if you come for interview, but after giving interview, they told me that reimbursement will be paid within a week but yet after passing out 5 months, they did not reimburse the single amount of my travelling expenses .Company staff including HR are just like lala company.
