I loved the work culture I have there in the company, it was a 100% secure job once you are in after your probation period, teammates are way too good to work with..and a chill environment to work in

It was on the job training , and I have learnt so many things together there like it was a multitasking phase for me.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
