Deducting Attendance Allowance : If we use more than one leave in a month if it is a paid leave or pending casual leave then attendance allowance is deducting in monthly salaries.If we use more than 1 casual leave in a month then attendance allowance is deducting between 500-2000 rupees based on the CTC's. If it is a paid leave along with the day salary attendance allowance is deducting.I don't know whether this rule is applicable for all the employees in miracle or else only for the recruitment and sales team....Read More

Miracle is good platform to start career as a fresher, they can learn more technologies as per demand in market. When i started my career as a fresher i have learnt so many skills/ technologies. i have contribute my skills to the project.

Dislikes

My experience with Miracle company has been positive overall. However one aspect i find concerning is that some hard-working employees feel the need to rely on coffee/ tea to manage stress. It would be beneficial to consider alternative way to support employee in such situation.

I like the work. I am interested in finding new things and trying to work on them. Which is exactly what I am doing here at Innovations as part of Miracle's workforce.

Most of the employees working here are all night shifters. So am I. I work the night shift and during the end of the shift or hours nearing to the end of the shift we don't have general facilities that a company usually provides to night shift workers.( Food and Beverages). It would be really helpful if there was a Cafe kind of a thing that operates during the night until early hours in the morning....Read More
