The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

It offer to develop new skill. Co-worker and senior are very friendly and helpful.

I mostly dislike about cheap mentality of owner who search option to deduct salary. To them month is not 30 days its 22 days max so if you do one day off they will be able to deduct more salary. for 3 day late you will miss one day salary. In IT we all know its never 9hr work, but some days even if your work get over before scheduletime, still you will have to wait.
