Good during initial joining days.

Dislikes

If u do great work, u get more work with no additional compensation. Nominal salary hike most of which disappears into gratuity. Unresponsive HRs who do not respond until you escalate to their manager. Irresponsible Staff in handling submitted assets. Lack of proper compensation. Experience is valued over skill. Issues in the F&F settlement. HRs makeup stories of LOP when u were present & working. Not providing shift allowance. In my case it's been more than 2 months to receive F&F even after adding the CEO (who does not respond) to the email thread....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
