When I was hired, I was informed that its a permanent role and a long term project and they used to deploy in client location. After deployment they were no further interaction with mindteck manager. They did not check how the project is going on. And If client says budget issue or any reason. HR will call you to resign or they will send a last working date. There is no job security.

They hire for client directly and if there is no other project then they will ask you to leave irrespective of how much good work you've delivered for client. No hike given to any of the employees in last 3 years. No learning or growth initiative from company
