Will provide time to look for some project if the existing project is over but still that also depend on project/QA Manager.

Salary - Good
Job security - Good

Dislikes

Will deploy to client project as there is very less internal project with recently lost more than 3 project.

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. I never tried to switch but now due to family expenses I need to change companies in any conditions.
