The Unilever team sometimes gets good projects. They have good annual reviews and analyses. Work that way is better than at other clients.

Dislikes

Feels like a sweatshop. No one cares about what quality of outputs are being sent. Time given for most outputs is far less than what is needed for a near average output. There is no organized learning. You don't get answers or get contradictory answers to your questions. Work culture is terrible. Managers can often be seen screaming on the floor at associates usually over timelines that were impossible in the first place. Work distribution within teams is impossible uneven.
