Microsoft (Aditi) is the best employee oriented contracting company, I'm happy to be a part of Aditi family. HR and payroll staffs are very polite and friendly. Microsoft provide us a friendly work environment, colleagues are very helpful.

Dislikes

I underwent lot of pressure during this Covid-19 outbreak not because of the work load but because of the denial of my benefits. Contracting employees are not treated fair, we had to follow up multiple times to get our benefits. I was expecting a baby and was not approved of my leave benefits, there was no reply to my emails also for almost 4 months. Contractor is willing to provide the leave benefit as I'm eligible for the same but they weren't getting approval from Microsoft manager. Contractors were not considered for any carrier growth programs in our team, when questioned it was said that it's specific only for FTE's. Contractors are not given any appraisals during their contracting tenure. The full-time positions are filled by manager favouritism, because of which eligible candidates do not get an opportunity to work or apply for FT roles. Microsoft is the best company to work, but Chennai centre is an exception due to FT employees domination. No proper trainings are given to contractors, we are learning the process on the go. We can be treated better as we are also eligible employees who will be hired in full-time roles sometime....Read More

Work Details

My work at Microsoft is commendable, during initial days it was difficult for me to manage the volume due to lack of process knowledge, over a period of time I got expertised myself. I have learnt everything on the job.
