Microsoft has everything an employee wants. Starting with dynamic work culture, compensation higher than market trends, so many opportunities to learn and grow, helpful teammates and higher management.

Who doesn't like to work in a company like Microsoft? But it would be good if you see the performance of an employee rather than how they behave in Parties. Why should a lady drink or move close when she's not comfortable with such parties? If you say ur not comfortable then manager will force you to quit the job.
