The company was very welcoming when I joined here, and made me feel very comfortable. The collogues, both peers and managers were very friendly. The work culture here includes both fun and learning, along with a very good team that I work with, who is happy to collaborate or help you at any time. The company plans frequent skill development workshops / courses and ensures that we are growing both our skillset and grow in our career. I like the rewards and recognition program here, where they identify and award talents from all areas when due. I was, in fact, awarded as a best team leader within an year of my joining here. The company or certain development projects should start planning devOps and other prominent industry process'. And the initiative should flow from the higher management. certain managers get into micro-managing, which can sometimes create trust issues with mid level managers.
