Favouritism, dark politics, the best and the most knowledgeable person won't get any appreciation, only the average person with lot more errors will get appreciation and promotion.

Rasisasm and politics Manager's can barley speak in English, toxic crowd and environment teammates are shady. Favouritism plays an important role. Someone who doesn't work at all and doesn't know the process well is promoted as a Process leader. Salary hike is not that great. Yes you get bonus every year

Dislikes

There's a lot of politics, favouritism and the management doesn't addresses the same. Salary is decent however no carrier growth. You need to have a god father for you to grow and survive in Mettler-Toledo Non of the senior management knows how to speak English

The job is quite interesting! I struggled in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. Every senior Associate or process expert bullies the new hire

The overall staff is friendly including the senior management, a employee can talk to a senior management without any tension.

There is no growth, an employee has to really slog himself just to get a promotion & salary hike.
