The company organizational structure is extremely pathetic. Zero growth oriented company I would say for a fresher. A new joinee faces he'll in the first six months to get through confirmation, as he has to please several bosses. Not a good company for freshers. But for experienced candidates the story is totally different.

This company doesn't give any opportunity to utilize my skills and technology. All other people thinks that they are experienced so new joiners are listen what they said. But they can not listen new joiners words.
