After working at Anton Paar now I like all the other companies because this company will show you how bad some company culture can be in this world. Talking about only India.

Dislikes

Everything other than the products. Top Managers and their relative employees are God and all other employees are like labour and workers. Appraisal comes after 2/3 years and that too nothing or may be 2% increment for most of the employees😂

Dislikes

Everything...you don't know what is going to happen with you in next 10min... You will be visitor for family from the date of joining...no MNC culture...need to improve in all area..
