Job Description
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / M.E / M. Tech
- You must have experience of 8 - 10 years with at least five years of requirements management
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in requirements management tools, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools required
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and reports, generate simple schedules and analyse large volumes of data
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and establish good working relationships
- Conversant with agile software development processes / methodologies
- Define product requirements. Translate product requirements into software requirements
- Manage requirements for retail software products (embedded and cloud-based systems)
- Ensure requirements fully documented, traceable and in line with requirements management plan
- Manage both functional and non-functional requirements
- Validate requirements with respect to Stakeholder Requirements
- Review Requirements with team
- Evaluate and ensure that the deliverable meets the acceptance criteria by proper testing techniques.
- Provide status reports for requirements capture, validation and verification
- Create and maintain product specification documents for internal and customer approval
- Liaise with business functions to support design development activities
- Support engineering change management process
- Be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with team and customers
- Participate as a team member in Agile scrum deliveries
- Working in international environment with a multicultural team
- Exhibit excellent team spirit and good in communication
- High degree of proficiency in English language, knowledge of German language will be an added advantage
