Responsibilities.
- Customer call handling & monitoring over email/phone & system
- Service Engineers planning & scheduling for unplanned service orders
- Remote Technical assistance to customers for Unplanned services
- Manage intra-call status updates and escalation process with field management
- Should be intelligent enough to understand the geographic territory
- Measurement of Service Quality Parameters DT (downtime), TAT (turnaround time) FTFR (First time First resolution) etc.,
- Customer Satisfaction Measurement
- Technical Documentation & Data Management
- Fill technicians schedule
What You Need to Succeed
Qualification BE. / Diploma, BSc
- Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical or graduates in BSc, BCom
- Excellent Writing & Speaking Skills
- Good Negotiator & experience of conflict management
- Basic knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
