Nothing. I was a fresher when I joined the company, and I slowly learned that the company doesn't even understand the employee as a human being. The CEO shouts at each employee. I never knew that this experience would turn into a nightmare within a year. The management is very poor. There is no job security, I saw so many employees joining and getting fired within a year. There is no skill development or learning. Even we didn't get a single training in a year. Work-life balance is zero. Management doesn't know how to run a team. Only the salary is good compared to other companies but they will make sure if they are paying well. They will harass you till your last breath. They torture employees even after they leave the organization. It is better to avoid such people for your mental well-being....Read More
