My experience was way too bad. They have some very junior people managing the process in India. The CEO is money minded. He is soft spoken so dont fall in the false promises. It's a family business so dont expect your growth.

Career - They will distroy. Training- will not be given. Salaries - yes, that is the only thing you can expect from them. Career growth - forget about it. Job Security - It's a myth. Teammates - they have bunch of jokers.

Metasys Technologies, Inc. is US based recruitment company which has main office in Chandighar and few small office in Chennai with their partner company. First thing, there is no job security in this company. Apart from salary there is no other benefits you will have like, leaves, holidays, worklife balance, medical insurance etc.This is particularly for India locations. CEO of the company is money minded and his vision is only on his company grown, but not on the employees career growth. He make false promises.
