Am little disappointed, as I don't have the answer.

Dislikes

No policy.. No ethics.. Top Leadership and HR don't have any feelings for the employees.. Product quality is forcedfully compromised at times to save money.. whosoever be the customer.. Attitration rate says all about the company. Leadership and HR don't understand responsibility and accountability...

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
