Just for the name sake you will get operation executive designation. But it will nothing to do with the job..once you are in, you got nothing to do with the designation, you are doing something which is beyond your career goals. As a ex-employee I would like to inform you the one who is reading this, do not go unless you mean by thework you are doing. It is completely hell of a experience I had. So called HR ( female, not current HR) is like dictator. She used to trap you according to your family background, if you have poor background, she will blackmail you, she does not hesitate anything to play with your feelings. This is my personal experience iam sharing with you guys, Even the company MD supports her for to do such things<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary will be on hold for minimum 3 months of you stand against HR</mark>. SHE WILL TREAT AS LABOURS.
