Meritto is a learning school for me cool bosses and a stress-free environment with a proper work-life balance I made so many lifelong friends, as my major colleagues are very young in age. super cool work culture and majorly managers are very supportive. overall satisfied with my job and I feel blessed that I landed here at the right time.

In my shorter duration at this stupid place I realised my worth and my capabilities which this stupid people did not really deserved. Thanks to some crazy people here I realised how not giving a heed to stupid things in life can bring good changes.

1. They will be hiring you for a trainee role where they will give their product knowledge in 1 week or two they will only give accommodation for few days and they don’t have specific date until the training gets finished, hence for rest of the days you’ll be the one bearing the cost 2. During the training phase they will teach you utter shit in local language, most of them have got no communication skills and post these days they do a evaluation which will be again taken by some stupid people and they’ll probably throw you out by giving utter shit feedback if you are not able to please them or answer to their stupid questions. 3. The above can also happen post probation of 3 months. They’ll ask you to be out with no prior information.
