Its has been a huge learning curve and experience as everything over here is manual. They say they want to automate the systems, however they waste money and purchase multiple softwares and get stuck trying to figure out what to do with them.

The management has their heads up their behinds. Egoistic bunch they are, all of them. Surprisingly its agreed by them that they're egoistic. The company runs on the tears of the workers and employees. Appraisal is like 700 to 1000 per year. However you're threatened all the time by the manager that I will not give you your appraisal. Pathetic. Please don't waste you time and efforts by joining here. There are people stuck here since 10s of years with a mere salary of 25-30 thousand per month. And if you're a fresher, I'd suggest here to stay for a year, get the experience and leave....Read More
