Company is financially strong. Vice President inspecting shoes, Shaved faces, laces, keeping account of toilet paper used by guys.

3 years no leave encashment in final settlement - hidden clause. HR can anytime give you pink slip without allowing you to serve notice as per their whims & fancy. Reputation of company is not good in market. Difficulty in getting better jobs. Poor increments. Gift to staff for getting your fraud bill approved. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
