Almost nothing. The company only had fancy architecture to boast about.

Dislikes

Very bad culture. There’s total chaos in the company where not a single role is defined. The same exists in the Vapi HQ too making working very difficult. Because of the low salary packages, the talent pool is mediocre. The HR function is extremely weak and has no clue about the policies. Wrong practices are rampant across the organisation.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
