Neither employees nor management seem to value the role of HR. Management consider HR as Robot. There is unequal treatment of male and female employees within HR teams. Employees are unclear about their roles and responsibilities for years Diplomatic heads are perceived as unsupportive of their team members. Recruitment is challenges.The organization's low salary increases (10-12%) create a constant cycle of recruitment due to high employee turnover and never ending expansion of various projects. This organization primarily focuses on recruitment, neglecting other important HR aspects like employee development, well-being, and engagement. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
