No any work life balance. There are low politics in team, Manager doing partiality based on cast, religion, age, regions. Bad thing is who doesn't have any technical knowledge and education became Technology head. Who doesn't have any management education or nor management experience became manager. HR person is dummy only. Very bad situation of IT department.

Manager doing partiality with team members based on cast religion and regional. HR is dummy. If employee reports any issues HR will listen only to manager and finally employee will become victim.

Work Details

I was working there in IT department MConnected team, Technology head and Manager both are Skill less they doing poor politics. HR is also supporting to management. No body is there to listen employee concerns. If employee reports he will become victim.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
