Growth is slow unless being a girl you know how to succeed through politics. Company's free meal policy has also cut down with limited credits for a month. No substantial change in perks in recent time

This organization is a great place to work, if you are lucky to get a nice team, you may stick here for years. No unnecessary work pressure. Some internal politics are there, it's industry standard.. you will find that everywhere. Addon : free food , cab will make your life easier.

Dislikes

Can't tell at the moment. But i heard once you upscale urself, get some more professional qualification, it's not given much importance.

It's a good company to work with but not a great pay master. The company takes care of employee well being alot.

As I have mentioned it's not a great pay master. Good for beginners and who want to stay for a longer period of time with less salary and no major growth.

Good work culture. Company follows total cash compensation scheme. There are no hidden deductions in CTC except Tax and PF. Free cab and free lunch. Yearly bonus. Trainings

Dislikes

Repeated work. In my department, managers are not involved in actual processing and in some cases they don't even know how to process. All they do is "MANAGING" which results in repeated time-sheets and other unnecessary admin work. Learning is very less.

They provide free cab and meals. Performance pressure is average in the role that i'm in. There is flexibility in changing your shifts. They give opportunity for colleagues to get involved in Learning & Development agenda.

Dislikes

As this is a shared services centre, there is too much emphasis on efficiency, whereas there is limited scope of the same in the role i'm performing, as it's not a typical operations role. Pay levels are low as compared to industry standards. Opportunities to move within the organisation to other roles/geographies is limited.

my work is exciting, at the same time monotonous at times, as scope of involvement of India team is limited and sometimes very transactional, even though we work to support the consultants at onshore.
