 I've asked for a salary increase for the last 6 months and kept getting excuses. Excuses depletes your moral. My co-workers were great to work with, but management needs improvement. There's no growth and the pay will stay the same for many, many years without increases

No hikes, no Promotion, Dirty politics. No growth. NO HEALTHY WORK ENVIRONMENT. No tech people lead Tech Team. No work- life balance. High expectations from higher management, they will ask us to do everything. Sometimes need to work on weekends and on Non- working hours.

Being in Mercedes benz feels like working with a brand is always good you will see lot of good cars around you. Work like balance is amazing. Its a company one can retire with. Lot of lead opportunity you will get and to take responsibility for a product. Travelling to Germany if you are lucky.
