Company culture was amazing earlier but has changed with time when the management changed. Even one dominant (so-called) leader can ruin the whole company's culture and work environment. CTCs are full of gas, what you get in hand is far too low than what CTC suggests. Career growth is abolished under new schemes and makes employees wonder what should they look forward for.
