Great brand to work with. But be cautious and dont get carried away. Brands don't fill your pockets, neither mandatorily fetch you better job opportunities in future. it all depends on your individual candidature.

Dislikes

Company culture was amazing earlier but has changed with time when the management changed. Even one dominant (so-called) leader can ruin the whole company's culture and work environment. CTCs are full of gas, what you get in hand is far too low than what CTC suggests. Career growth is abolished under new schemes and makes employees wonder what should they look forward for. Unclear gas talks on long term growth cannot fuel your energies in the long run and employees are frustrated....Read More
