Including join for brand name its good for youngsters but it's not for people with 10 plus years of experience. Highly political and you can loose your job anytime. No growth. GM and higher ups will hardly support you. Moreover the people working for ages will never let you grow. Better join MBRDI Bangalore if somebody wants brand name

The work life balance in terms of pure work timings is ok. But the problem is with the request by managers to be in office every day. There's no rule as such about WFH / WFO by the HR as such. It's left up to the manager's discretion. But the bad managers really take advantage of this opportunity to call people every day in the week.

Company have a nice culture of ownership, which makes you a part of the project, though sometimes it also become frustrating as you will help responsible for anything goes wrong. It has a good work life balance and leave policy are good.

The company though named as R&D has very little to do with it, Most of the works are not challenging and it will be a simple, So learning curve will be not that much good.
