Providing good work culture which can be easily balanced with personal life. In few projects good onsite opportunity. Hikes depend mainly on projects.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
